Returns and Refunds:

Please take a photo and video of your package upon arrival if you suspect your item may be damaged. All returns/refunds/replacements will require photgraphic or video proof of issue or damage.

If the consumer is at fault (ex: ordering the wrong item on accident) they will be responsible for returning the item to me prior to a replacement or refund.

Preorders:

Preorders are inelligible for refund prior to shipment due to manufacturing requirements.
